The one thing they all have in common, no matter where you try them, is they are finger-licking and lip-smacking delicious. Known in Arabic as mahshi (s), mahaashee (pl), dolma, etc., each region and household have its twist on the recipe. Join us for the yummy Egyptian version of this dish.
